The car is basically being sold as is. I may make some changes, most notably the wheels.

I have a good number of stock parts, including intake parts and some old suspension stuff.

The car is FAR from working perfect, straight bodied and in full working condition. One of the reasons for getting the new car is that i'm frustrated with paying good money to fix stupid things, like seatbelts... There is some body rust, but it's far from cancerous. The engine is still very strong, burns very little oil, gets 20+ mpg and has passed smog the past two years with NO cats.

Tranny has an unknown number of miles, but acts like any old 5MT. If you're patient with shifts, it rewards you. If you go fast, it makes noises. The clutch is strong and i love the flywheel. Clutch pedal squeeks, but some lube will take care of that.

Things that are not working, or working right include:

Driver mouse belt broke, so i removed it. Lap belt is in effect.
Power antenna mast came apart, so i disconnected the motor.
Rear window defroster has always been disconnected.
Rear window wiper works intermittently, at best.
Air Conditioning needs update to R-134a and charge.
Reverse lights were never connected after swap.
Neutral switch is not hooked up.
Driver rear window switch rolls up, but not down. Disconnected.
Sunroof leaks, but works fine otherwise. Wind agitator removed.
Rear coilovers are leaking and should be rebuilt or replaced.
Canister Purge Solenoid has the CEL on all the time.
Cruise was not rewired after trans swap.
Centering spring in STi shifter has run away.
Left rear valve cover is seeping a little.

I may add more later as i recall, but that's the bulk. Most of the stuff can be taken care of with some time, a trip to a salvage yard or some replacement parts.

I really don't know what to ask for it, but i guess $4000 is a good starting point.

I'm willing to remove a good number of parts in order to accomodate a lower price. Here's a list of parts i can and cannot take off, as well as stock stuff that either goes with the car, goes in the trash or goes up for sale.

Parts that can't be removed and are not stock:

JC Intake
JC Coolant tank
Hawker Odyssey Battery
WRX Brakes/Cobb Pads
SS brakelines
Sti Engine/trans mounts
Sti shifter
Exedy Flywheel
Sti clutch/pressure plate
Underdrive pulley
Magnecor wires
Downpipe, "cat-back" and muffler
Whiteline rear swaybar
Whiteline front and rear endlinks

Parts that can be removed:

AVC-R
Earthing kit
Intercooler
Prodrive Wheels/Tires
Cusco rear strut bar
Cusco lower arm bar

MP3 deck, Punch 45 amp and JL WS0 12. Sub.

Stock parts that i do have:

Rear swaybar.

I'd be content with significantly less than $4000 if someone is content with building off the car as stock as possible. Email me if interested (legacycentral at yahoo dot com)
